Privacy policy
This is a static website. It has no accounts, forms, comments, newsletter, advertising or analytics, and it sets no cookies of its own. The only personal data involved is the technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Last updated 2026-10-12.
1. Controller
The controller is the website operator identified in the legal notice: a self-employed professional (trabajador autónomo) established in Spain. For privacy matters, use the channels on the contact page; a confidential GitLab issue is visible only to you and the project maintainers.
No data protection officer is appointed; one is not required for this website.
2. Technical request data
When you open a page, your browser sends a request that the hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages), processes in order to deliver the page and protect the service against abuse and attacks. This involves technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, date and time, browser user agent and connection metadata.
- Purpose: delivering the website and keeping it secure and available.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
- Recipient: Cloudflare, acting as our processor under the Cloudflare Customer Data Processing Addendum for the request data it handles on our behalf. For some security and network data, Cloudflare acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- International transfers: Cloudflare is based in the United States. Cloudflare relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses as a fallback under its addendum.
- Retention: we do not keep our own logs of visits. Cloudflare keeps request data only as long as needed for the purposes above, under its addendum and privacy policy.
The website runs no server-side code of its own and uses no analytics. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage for tracking. To protect the site, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example cf_clearance after a visitor passes a security challenge (see Cloudflare cookies). Security cookies of this kind are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI, as explained in the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s cookie guide, so no cookie banner is shown.
4. Contact and contributions
Support happens on GitLab. If you open an issue or merge request, GitLab processes your account and the content you post as an independent controller under its own terms and privacy policy, and the content is public unless you mark an issue as confidential. Please do not post personal data, credentials or private prompts.
5. The PromptingCraft.com skill
The skill is a set of instructions and reference files installed into your own project. It contains no telemetry and sends nothing to us. Your discussions and prompts are processed by the coding agent you choose and its provider, under their terms.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact the controller as described in section 1. This website itself holds no visitor data; requests about request data processed by Cloudflare are coordinated with Cloudflare as our processor.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (electronic office).
Providing this data is not a legal or contractual requirement, but a page cannot be delivered without a request. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Changes
We will update this policy before changing how the website processes data, for example before adding any analytics. The date above shows the latest revision; the full history is in the website repository.
